Credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal accepted

The vitastiq webshop accepts payments via major credit and debit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa) as well as PayPal.

All online card transactions are securely processed by Monri WSPay.

Payment data is transmitted securely using encrypted connections, ensuring the protection of your personal and financial information.

All payments are processed in EUR. The amount charged to your card may be converted to your local currency by your card issuer, based on their applicable exchange rate and fees.

Customers will receive a retail invoice via email when the purchased items are ready for shipping. The invoice will also be packed within the shipment.

Troubleshooting credit card & debit card payment errors:

  • If your card is new or recently reissued, make sure it has been activated.
  • Double-check the card type you selected, the account number, and expiration date you entered
  • Remove dashes or spaces from the account number.
  • If everything seems to be correct, call the card issuer’s customer service number. Your card company may need to speak with you before they authorize your purchase.

Daily spending limits for Debit Cards

Most debit cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of an order, even if there is enough money in an account. When using a debit card, funds are immediately reserved in your bank account at the time you place your order. Please consult your card-issuing bank for information about your daily spending limits if you are having trouble placing your order.

Charging your account

Vitastiq requests an authorization, which holds the funds for the full purchase amount for a maximum of 25 days. As Vitastiq processes your order, authorized funds will be unavailable and may display as “pending” on your credit or debit card’s online statement. When using a debit card (Maestro, Visa Electron), funds are immediately reserved in your bank account at the time you place your order.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order, for any reason, up to the moment the package is delivered to you. Once the package has been delivered, you may return your order within 14 days. You can submit your cancellation request via email to vitastiq@vitastiq.com. If you cancel your order before your product is billed, any authorizations placed on your credit card account can take up to 30 days to expire, and any authorizations placed on your debit card account can take up to 10 days to expire. Contact your financial institution for their specific timeframes.
