Vitastiq is an electronic gadget for self-use – your daily vitamin and mineral status tracker. It is based on the EAV (electro-acupuncture) methodology, which uses electrodes to send low current to acupuncture points through our body. Electronic signal is sent to a smartphone through a connection cable or via Bluetooth LE 4.0. Using the Vitastiq application, the smartphone displays that electronic signal as visualized data about our vitamin and mineral status.
Vitastiq is not a medical device and it is not meant for medical purposes. Using Vitastiq is simple, harmless and noninvasive.

Credit cards and debit cards accepted
Web shop Vitastiq accepts debit and credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Maestro and Visa. Vitastiq web shop is a retail shop.
Online credit card authorization is provided by WSpay™ system. Data transfer is secured by using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol with 256 bit instant SSL pro data encryption, provided by SSL certificate issued by Comodo.
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The charged amount on your credit card account will be converted to your local currency according to the exchange rate of your credit card provider.
Charging your account
Vitastiq requests an authorization, which holds the funds for the full purchase amount for maximum of 25 days. As Vitastiq processes your order, authorized funds will be unavailable and may display as “pending” on your credit or debit card’s online statement. When using a debit card (Maestro, Visa Electron), funds are immediately reserved in your bank account at the time you place your order.
The customer will receive a retail Invoice via email when the purchased items are ready for shipping. The Invoice will also be packed within the shipment.

You can cancel your order, for any reason, up to the moment the package is delivered to you. Once the package has been delivered, you may return your order within 14 days. You can submit your cancelation by email email@example.com.
If you cancel your order before your product is billed, any authorizations placed on your credit card account can take up to 30 days to expire and any authorizations placed on your debit card account can take up to 10 days to expire. Contact your financial institution for their specific timeframes.
Shipping / Delivery
We ship via DHL Express and by regular mail. All services make deliveries between Monday and Friday 9am-5pm, and in some locations on Saturday morning as well. Ordered products will be delivered to your address in the shortest possible period.
In regular conditions, the products are delivered on weekdays, within 3 days from the shipping date. If the assessment of the delivery period is longer than 30 days, or for any reason we cannot deliver the ordered product, the customer will be notified by email or phone provided in the payment process.
Where there is an organized courier service (express delivery), your package will be delivered directly to your shipping address. By signing the delivery form the recipient confirms the receipt of the product and assumes all the rights and risks. Courier cannot deliver a Vitastiq package to a PO Box address. Please, fill in the address form with the street address, where the authorized recipient should receive and confirm the delivery.
Please, note that some delivery services may not be available in all countries. Shipping costs will be displayed after you select the shipping location. Please, select your delivery location to check availability and estimated prices in EUR or USD at shop.vitastiq.com.
Packages may be subject to customs clearance in some countries. Customs policies vary from country to country. Vitastiq cannot influence whether the package will go through customs clearance or how long it will takeor cost. Any costs resulting from the customs clearance shall be borne by the recipient.
Termination for Convenience
You have the right to terminate the contract on the purchase of a Vitastiq device, which you concluded via the Internet with the company Vitastiq d.o.o., Zagreb, Ulica grada Vukovara 271, Croatia, VAT No. HR78988318838 (“Contract”), without stating any reasons, within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the device.
In order to exercise your right to terminate the Contract, you must notify us about your decision by sending us a clear termination notice by mail, fax or e-mail, before the expiration of the 14 day deadline. Your termination notice must contain your full name, postal address, telephone number, fax number or e-mail address. You may use the Contract Termination Form enclosed herewith or available at www.vitastiq.com, which can be filled out and submitted to us electronically. We will confirm the receipt of the electronically submitted Contract Termination Form by a return e-mail without delay.
In the event of such termination, you must return the device to us without delay, but no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the day, when you notified us of your decision to terminate your purchase contract. The returned product must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition as you received it.
Please, return the device to the following address: Vitastiq d.o.o., Ulica grada Vukovara 271, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. It shall be deemed that you returned the device on time, if you send it to the aforesaid address before the expiration of the set deadline. The direct costs of the device return will be borne by you. The shipment is to be sent exclusively by regular post, or via DHL express, or delivered personally to Vitastiq d.o.o. address.

We will send you instructions for the return once we receive your personal details (name, address, zip, city, country, phone, email).
PACKAGING the SHIPMENT FOR RETURN
The product and all its components should be returned to the original packaging and packed into a firm cardboard envelope.
After we receive the returned device, we will refund you the money we have received from you without delay and no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the device. The refund will also cover the delivery costs when item was sent to you, unless, at the time of the purchase, you elected a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered, in which case, you will bear such higher costs of delivery. The refund shall be made in the same manner as your payment, unless you expressly agree to receive the refund by another method, in which case you will bear no additional costs relating to such other method of refund.
You will be liable for any depreciation of the value of the device caused by handling, including any tear and wear or other damage, unless it was necessary in order to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the device.
Termination for Cause
If you are returning the product because of a malfunction or any other defect, please, let us know about the situation and we will replace the product and arrange the return shipment free of charge. You may submit your justified complaint to our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please, provide us with your full address and other contact details (telephone number and email) for the pick-up. You may also personally deliver the product to Vitastiq d.o.o., Ulica grada Vukovara 271, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. After we receive the returned product, we will send you a new one.
Please, ensure that the product you are returning is packed in its original packaging with all parts and documentation that were included when you received it. Make sure to pack it in a letter form (NOT BOX). It is best to use the same form in which the DHL delivered it to you.

A Card Security Code (CSC), also called Card Verification Value (CVV), Card Verification Code (CVC), or Card Verification Number is a unique 3 or 4 digit number printed on your card, in addition to the account number.
It is neither embedded within the card’s magnetic field nor appears on the bills or receipts of the merchants. Verification number serves as a proof of physical possession of the card at the time of the online purchase and reduces the possibility of fraud.
Position of verification number imprint depends on the card in question.
American Express cards usually have a 4 digit number printed on the front of the card. If your American Express card doesn’t have a 4 digit number printed on the front, please enter a 3 digit number from the back of your card (last number group).
Verification number for other accepted cards (MasterCard, Maestro, Visa) is imprinted on the back of the card.
