Product

Vitastiq is an electronic gadget designed for personal use, acting as a daily tracker of your vitamin and mineral status. It utilizes the EAV (Electro-Acupuncture According to Voll) methodology, which involves applying electrodes to send a low current to various acupuncture points on the body. An electronic signal is transmitted to a smartphone either through a connection cable or via Bluetooth. The Vitastiq application on the smartphone interprets this signal and displays it as visualized data, indicating your vitamin and mineral levels. It is important to note that Vitastiq is not a medical device and is not intended for medical purposes. Using Vitastiq is simple, harmless, and non-invasive.

Payment

The Vitastiq web shop accepts various payment methods, including debit and credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, and PayPal. Vitastiq web shop is a retail shop.
Online credit card authorization is provided by the WSpay™ system. Data transfer is secured using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol with 256-bit instant SSL pro data encryption, provided by an SSL certificate issued by Comodo.
All payments will be effected in EUR. The charged amount on your credit card account will be converted to your local currency according to the exchange rate of your credit card provider.

Charging your account

Vitastiq requests an authorization hold on the funds for the full purchase amount, which can last up to 25 days. During this time, the authorized funds will be unavailable and may be displayed as “pending” on your credit or debit card’s online statement. When using a debit card like Maestro or Visa, the funds are reserved in your bank account immediately when you place your order.

Customers will receive a retail invoice via email when the purchased items are ready for shipping. This invoice will also be included in the shipment.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order, for any reason, up to the moment the package is delivered to you. Once the package has been delivered, you may return your order within 14 days. You can submit your cancellation by emailing vitastiq@vitastiq.com. If you cancel your order before your product is billed, any authorizations placed on your credit card account can take up to 30 days to expire. Authorizations placed on your debit card account can take up to 10 days to expire. Contact your financial institution for their specific timeframes.

Shipping / Delivery

We ship via DHL Express and by regular mail. All services make deliveries from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm, and some locations also have deliveries on Saturday morning. Ordered products will be delivered to your address as quickly as possible. Typically, products are delivered on weekdays, within 3 days from the shipping date. If the expected delivery time exceeds 30 days, or if we are unable to deliver the ordered product for any reason, the customer will be notified by the email or phone number provided during the payment process.

Where there is an organized courier service (express delivery), your package will be delivered directly to your shipping address. By signing the delivery form, the recipient confirms receipt of the product and assumes all rights and risks. Couriers cannot deliver a Vitastiq package to a PO Box address. Please provide a street address in the address form where an authorized recipient can receive and confirm the delivery. Please note that some delivery services may not be available in all countries. Shipping costs will be displayed once you select your delivery location at shop.vitastiq.com to check availability and estimated prices in EUR.

Customs clearance
Packages may be subject to customs clearance in some countries. Customs policies vary from country to country. Vitastiq cannot influence whether the package will go through customs clearance or how long it will take or cost. Any costs resulting from the customs clearance shall be borne by the recipient.

Return policy

Termination for Convenience

You have the right to terminate the contract for the purchase of a Vitastiq device, which you concluded via the Internet with the company Vitastiq d.o.o., located at Ulica grada Vukovara 271, Zagreb, Croatia, VAT No. HR78988318838 (“Contract”), without stating any reasons, within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the device.

To exercise your right to terminate the Contract, you must notify us of your decision by sending a clear termination notice by e-mail or mail before the expiration of the 14-day deadline. Your termination notice must include your full name, postal address, telephone number, and e-mail address. You may use the Contract Termination Form enclosed herewith or available at www.vitastiq.com, which can be filled out and submitted to us electronically. We will promptly confirm the receipt of the electronically submitted Contract Termination Form by return e-mail.

In the event of such termination, you must return the device to us promptly, but no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the day you notified us of your decision to terminate your purchase contract. The returned product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it.

EU RESIDENTS

Please return the device to the following address: Vitastiq d.o.o., Ulica grada Vukovara 271, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. It will be considered returned on time if you send it to the aforementioned address before the set deadline. The direct costs of returning the device will be borne by you. You can send the shipment exclusively by regular post, via DHL Express, or deliver it in person to the Vitastiq d.o.o. address.

REST OF THE WORLD RESIDENTS

We will send you return instructions once we receive your personal details (name, address, zip code, city, country, phone, email).

PACKAGING THE SHIPMENT FOR RETURN

The product and all its components should be placed back into the original packaging and packed securely in a firm cardboard envelope.

After we receive the returned device, we will promptly refund the amount we received from you, no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the device. The refund will also cover the delivery costs if the item was sent to you, unless you chose a delivery method other than the standard one offered at the time of purchase, in which case you will bear any additional delivery costs. The refund will be issued in the same manner as your original payment, unless you expressly agree to receive it by another method, in which case there will be no additional costs related to the alternative refund method.

You will be responsible for any depreciation in the value of the device caused by handling, including wear and tear or other damage, unless such handling was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the device.

Termination for Cause

If you are returning the product due to a malfunction or any other defect, please let us know about the situation, and we will replace the product and arrange the return shipment free of charge. You can submit your justified complaint to our Customer Service at support@vitastiq.com

Please provide us with your full address and other contact details (telephone number and email) for the pick-up. You may also personally deliver the product to Vitastiq d.o.o., Ulica grada Vukovara 271, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. Once we receive the returned product, we will send you a new one.

Ensure that the product you are returning is packed in its original packaging with all the parts and documentation that were included when you received it. Please pack it in a letter form (NOT a BOX). It is best to use the same packaging in which DHL delivered it to you.

Security Code

A Card Security Code (CSC), also known as the Card Verification Value (CVV), Card Verification Code (CVC), or Card Verification Number, is a unique 3 or 4-digit number printed on your card in addition to the account number. It is neither embedded within the card’s magnetic strip nor appears on bills or receipts from merchants. The verification number serves as proof of physical possession of the card at the time of online purchase and reduces the possibility of fraud.

The position of the verification number imprint depends on the card in question.

American Express cards typically have a 4-digit number printed on the front of the card. If your American Express card doesn’t have a 4-digit number on the front, please enter the 3-digit number from the back of your card (last number group).

For other accepted cards (MasterCard, Maestro, Visa), the verification number is imprinted on the back of the card.
