Vitastiq d.o.o., Ulica grada Vukovara 271, HR-10000 Zagreb (hereinafter referred to as ‘Vitastiq’) provides an online service through its web pages within the www.vitastiq.com, my.vitastiq.com, and www.shop.vitastiq.com domains (hereinafter referred to as ‘Vitastiq web pages’) as well as the service via Vitastiq applications (hereinafter referred to as ‘Vitastiq apps’). The service includes the provision of information, content management, and a webshop. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions of Use, ‘Vitastiq web pages’ refers to all web pages within the www.vitastiq.com, my.vitastiq.com, and www.shop.vitastiq.com domains. These Terms and Conditions of Use define the terms and conditions concerning the use of the Vitastiq apps, website, and its services by End Users.
By using and accessing these Vitastiq web pages and Vitastiq apps (except upon the first reading of these Terms and Conditions), End Users confirm that they have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of Use, are familiar with them, and fully agree with the terms and conditions provided herein, as well as agree to use these Vitastiq web pages and Vitastiq apps in accordance with them.
The End User is made aware that occasional service disruptions, impairments, or stoppages for maintenance or due to force majeure events are possible. Vitastiq shall not be liable for any loss of data that may occur during online data transmission. The End User agrees and accepts that, due to the mentioned reasons, access to the Vitastiq web pages and Vitastiq apps may be disrupted, temporarily unavailable, or stopped.
The information on Vitastiq websites may contain certain technical or typographical errors. If the End User does not accept the Terms and Conditions of Use, he/she shall refrain from using Vitastiq apps and web pages.
Vitastiq reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions of Use at any moment, as well as disable access to the Vitastiq apps and web pages without prior notice.
Vitastiq reserves the right to modify or cancel the Terms and Conditions of Use and/or the Data Confidentiality Statement at any time as necessary. Any modifications or terminations become effective immediately upon announcement on the Vitastiq website. Continued use of the website by the End User after such notice will be considered as acceptance of the changes.
Users are required to periodically review the Terms and Conditions to stay informed of updates. Use of the website following any changes indicates the user’s awareness, understanding, and full acceptance of the updated Terms. We exclude liability for any damages incurred by users or third parties as a result of these changes.
The Vitastiq web pages and apps, contained within this domain, are the private property of Vitastiq. All interactions carried out through these platforms must comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use, and users are required to conduct all related activities in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia.

Vitastiq Family and Vitastiq 2 are both designed for personal, non-commercial use only. Professional use of these devices is prohibited and will result in account suspension. Users of the Vitastiq Family device intending to use it for professional purposes are required to upgrade to Vitastiq PRO through the acquisition of the PRO software license. Violations of these terms are subject to legal consequences.
Vitastiq PRO is designed for professional use and requires an annual license for access to advanced features and support.
The content of Vitastiq web pages and apps, including texts, software, photographs, video materials, graphics, music, sound, and all other material, is protected under copyright, trademark, design rights, and other intellectual property rights recognized by the Republic of Croatia’s regulations. Vitastiq holds exclusive rights to use or allows use based on explicit consent from the rightful owners of such intellectual property. “Vitastiq” is a registered trademark, with all rights reserved. Other trademarks appearing on our platform belong to their respective owners. Vitastiq owns copyrights for the organization, selection, display, and enhancement of the content, including original material.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, transmission, publishing, reproduction, alteration, linking, deep linking, creation of derivatives, or any modification of this content without Vitastiq’s explicit written consent is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in legal actions, including civil, commercial, criminal, or minor offense proceedings.
Vitastiq permits the use of downloaded material for promotional, editorial, and informative purposes in newspapers, magazines, and electronic media. Vitastiq does not take on the duty to inform users about the copyright status of material nor to assist in determining whether material is copyrighted.
By contributing material to any public section of Vitastiq web pages or apps, the End User guarantees ownership of the rights to such material, granting Vitastiq a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and non-exclusive right to utilize, publish, reproduce, modify, and distribute the material globally. This grant includes allowing other users to access and use the material for their own purposes.
These intellectual property terms apply equally to Vitastiq, its subsidiaries, affiliates, third-party service providers, and licensed entities, all of whom have the right to enforce these terms directly.
By using the Vitastiq web pages and apps, the End User accepts all responsibility for their use. Vitastiq, along with its subsidiaries, parent companies, employees, agents, third-party service providers, and licensed companies, does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of these platforms, nor does it accept liability for the consequences of using the web pages, or for the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any information, services, or products provided through them.
This disclaimer covers all potential direct or indirect damages, injuries, or losses resulting from errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, computer viruses, communication failures, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or use of records, and any other similar occurrences. Vitastiq is not liable for any offensive, inappropriate, or illegal conduct by users or third parties, with all risks of damages borne by the End User.

Therefore, Vitastiq accepts no liability for any consequences resulting from End User participation in these Communities, including any responsibility for contentious or disputable content.
Vitastiq expressly states that it does not seek to receive confidential or proprietary information from users through its websites. Any information or materials sent to Vitastiq will be treated as NON-CONFIDENTIAL. By transmitting any information or materials, the End User provides Vitastiq with an unrestricted, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit, and distribute those materials or information, and also agrees that Vitastiq is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques that you send us for any purpose. However, Vitastiq commits to not disclosing the user’s name or otherwise publicizing the fact that the user submitted materials or other information to us unless: (a) we obtain permission from the user to use their name; (b) we first notify the user that the materials or other information they submit to a specific part of our site will be published or otherwise used with their name on it; or (c) we are required to do so by law.
All communications from the End User to Vitastiq will be considered non-confidential. Vitastiq will specify on its web pages if certain submissions will be treated as confidential. When users publish comments, messages, or other information on these platforms, they grant Vitastiq the right to utilize such content for promotional, advertising, market research, or any lawful purposes.
Materials provided to Vitastiq’s websites by users will not be treated as confidential, proprietary, or as trade secrets. By submitting material, users grant Vitastiq and its affiliates an unrestricted license to use the material freely for any purpose without compensating the provider.
The End User commits to indemnify and absolve Vitastiq, its parent company, subsidiaries, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, including but not limited to damages, losses, and expenses, as well as legal fees resulting from the End User’s use of the Vitastiq web pages and apps.
Vitastiq acts as a distributor, not a publisher, of content supplied by third parties and End Users. Opinions, advice, statements, services, offers, and other information or content made available by third parties or end users are those of the respective authors or distributors, and not of Vitastiq. Consequently, Vitastiq and any third-party information providers do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content, nor its marketability or suitability for a particular purpose.
Vitastiq does not endorse any opinion, rating, or review available on its web pages and apps that may be given by users or information providers not under a contractual agreement with Vitastiq. For any matters not addressed by these Terms and Conditions, the Civil Obligations Act will apply. Both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution to any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions, including the use of Vitastiq web pages and apps. Should litigation be necessary, such disputes or claims will be adjudicated in the competent courts of Zagreb, under the governing laws of Croatia.
EU residents have the option to utilize the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for resolving disputes out of court. This option is available if both the user resides in the EU and Vitastiq, as the trader, is based in the EU.
The Terms and Conditions of Use outlined herein took effect on April 14, 2015, and will remain in force until such time as they are amended or revoked by Vitastiq.
