My Vitastiq cable (1st edition) is not working properly. The LED light is either constantly on or it’s not working at all. What should I do?

Please adjust your iPhone Settings for Vitastiq:

  1. Settings > Vitastiq > Allow Vitastiq to access: MICROPHONE > turn ON
  2. Settings > Sounds > Ringer and alerts: adjust to the max
  3. Settings > Sounds > Ringer and alerts: Change with Buttons > turn ON
  4. Settings > Music (or iPod) > EQ > OFF
  5. Settings > Music (or iPod) > Volume Limit > OFF (adjust to the max)
  6. Settings > Music (or iPod) > Sound Check > turn OFF
  7. Settings > General > Accessibility > Mono Audio > turn OFF
  8. Settings > General > Accessibility > ‘Adjust the audio volume balance between left and right channels’ – adjust in the CENTER

* Check again if the volume level is on the max after taping on “Start” using the button on the side of your iPhone.
* Make sure the audio socket is clean (there is no dirt or dust to interfere with the connection)
* Try to restart your iPhone – completely turn it off, then turn it back on after a few seconds.

Please adjust your Android device Settings for Vitastiq:

  1. Sounds or Volume (Multimedia) – turn to MAX (or adjust manually with ‘+’ button)
  2. Application Manager > Vitastiq – allow access to MICROPHONE (turn ON)
  3. Audio BALANCE between left & right channel – set to CENTER
  4. Mono Sound OFF / Stereo Sound ON
  5. Make sure MUTE is not on ​
  6. Turn off any application that is using phone’s audio or mic (disable it from working even in the background)

* Check again if the volume level is on the max after taping on “Start” using the button on the side of your smartphone.
* Make sure the audio socket is clean (there is no dirt or dust to interfere with the connection)
* Try to restart your smartphone – completely turn it off, then turn it back on after a few seconds.
